The Hollywood Bowl entertainment centres are known for their vibrant designs and family-friendly atmospheres, often spread across two floors. Their newly refurbished Colchester location presented a unique challenge: finding a way to secure an open bar area without disrupting the sleek design. Our solution was the FlexiGlide Vision Guard sliding folding security shutter.
With the FlexiGlide Vision Guard shutter in place, we were able to meet both the practical and aesthetic needs of the space. Project Requirements
Hollywood Bowl's Colchester branch required a sleek and effective solution to secure their bar area. The bar, which is open on all three sides, needed a security system that would be both robust and unobtrusive. The chosen solution also had to align with the aesthetics of the entertainment centre, ensuring that it did not disrupt the venue's overall design.
The Solution
Our FlexiGlide Vision Guard shutter was the perfect choice. Suspended from the ceiling, the shutter provides full-height security when closed, effectively protecting the bar's assets and stock. When open, the shutter folds away seamlessly, leaving no posts or bottom rails to obstruct the area. This design preserves the open and inviting atmosphere of the bar, while offering protection during non-operational hours.
