Timber Roller Shutters Wolfson College Cambridge University
We’re very proud that over the years we’ve worked at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. There is a number of our hand-made timber shutters at the University, and we’ve just completed another area after their latest refit.
This project was a full fit out of the Porters Lodge area of the University. We fitted two open style shutters to the reception desk and three closed/solid lath roller shutters to the staff pigeon holes.
Handmade in the UK
All our timber shutters are still hand made here in the UK, and although this gives them a slightly longer lead time than our other types of shutter, the quality and style of timber shutters is unique.
The smell of freshly cut timber as the shutters are made can’t be mistaken and we still get amazed at the skill of the French polisher as he brings the timber to life.
